NISHTHA TRAINING ON BISAG FOR TEACHERS 14TH OCTOBER

Nishch Teacher Training Program 2020 - Nisha is a National Initiative for School Presidents and holistic progress of teachers. The HRD Minister started a training program for 'Nishta' teachers. Nishta is a capacity building program to improve the quality of school education through integrated teacher training. It also aims to build skills among all teachers and school principals at an early stage.


 
Activists (at state, district, block, cluster level) will be integrated training on education outcomes, school-based assessment, learner-centered pedagogy, new initiatives in education, addressing different needs of children through multiple lectures, etc. This will be done by forming National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) at the national and state levels which will then train 42 lakh teachers. A robust portal/management information system (MIS) for training, monitoring and delivery of support mechanisms will also be used in this capacity-building initiative.

The loyalty mega-training program differs from other training programs in terms of its objectives, vision as well as the complete constitution of implementation. The objectives of the Loyalty Mega-Training Program are:

To equip all early stage teachers on learning outcomes, school-based assessment, learner-centered pedagogy, new teaching initiatives and addressing the different needs of children through multiple pedagogies, etc.


To monitor teachers and provide extended assistance using multiple modes up to the classroom level, with a view to improving students' learning outcomes.
To guide state activists and school principals on education outcomes, national achievement survey, learner-focused teaching and new initiatives in school education so that they can monitor schools and support schools for the implementation of new initiatives.

Loyalty Mega-Training and its benefits:


Teachers, school principals, S.M.C. And a dedicated teacher training program for state / district / block / cluster level workers will be held in 2020 and the program will benefit elementary school education in the following ways:

1. All teachers, principals, block resource coordinators, cluster resource coordinators, learner-centered pedagogy, learning outcomes, improvement of children's social and personal qualities, school based assessment, new initiatives, school safety and safety of various subjects and pedagogy etc. .
2. All faculty members of DIET, SCERT, IASE. CTE, etc. will focus on learner-centered pedagogy, learning outcomes, improvement of children's social and personal qualities, school based assessment, new initiatives and teaching of various subjects etc.

Monitoring and support:


Integrated monitoring and support mechanisms associated with BRC, CRC, NGO, KV, NV and CBSE schools will be created to see if the interventions provided during the training program at each stage reach the classroom level.
a. National Resource Person (NRP): Academics, subject matter experts and teacher educators drawn from national level institutions like NCERT, NIEPA, etc.
B. Key Resource Person (KRP): Teachers of SCERT, DIET, IASE, CTE and teachers of senior secondary schools identified by the State / UTs to build their capacity through National Resource Persons.








Methods of Integrity Mega Training Program:


The program will be conducted in a customized cascade mode, in which National Resource Group experts, key resource persons (State / UT will be known for more teacher training) and State Resource persons (State / United States Schools for further school training) Principals and other executives) . This KRP and SRP will train teachers and school principals directly. The level of master trainer will not be there in between. Because of these many levels, existing ones will help reduce the high percentage of communication damage.





The main expected results of the target are:


Improving students' learning outcomes.
Enabling and enriching an equivalent classroom environment
Teachers as first level counselors become aware and responsive to the social, emotional and psychological needs of the students.
Teachers are trained to use art as pedagogy, which leads to creativity and innovation in students.
Teachers are trained to develop and strengthen the personal-social qualities of students for their holistic development.
Creating a healthy and safe school environment.
